Job Openings:

The following job descriptions are intended to serve only as an overview.  Specific job descriptions are available.  Compensation includes a weekly salary PLUS free meals and lodging--a great way to invest your summer!! College credit for summer employment can be arranged.

Housekeeping / Hospitality

Work as part of a team to service and clean guest quarters, meeting rooms, and public bathrooms.  Maintain grounds, lakefront and other duties as assigned.

Lifeguard / Hospitality

Lifeguard at the lake front, work with related waterfront program and operation and other duties as assigned.  Current lifeguard training, BLS/CPR, and Standard First Aid required.

Office / Guest Services / Camp Store & Canteen / Hospitality

Work directly with guests in daily conference center operations.  General clerical, guest relations, gift shop sales, guest group hosting, and other duties as assigned. 

Maintenance / Grounds / Hospitality

Work in our building and grounds department keeping the property and facilities maintained for our guests comfort. Also assist with general guest services.

ALL STAFF:

Staff serving at Conference Point Center will be part of the overall SUMMER STAFF team employed by Lake Geneva Foundation (Includes Lake Geneva Youth Camp and Conference Center). You may serve at LGYC/CC as well depending on the staffing needs of each camp / conference center.
